Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using heavenlyaurafragrance.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.

3. Products and Pricing

Descriptions: We strive to display our fragrances accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or colors are error-free. Scent perception is subjective; our descriptions reflect our best interpretation.
Allergies & Safety: Our products are for external use only. Do not ingest. If you have known skin sensitivities, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application. Heavenly Aura Fragrance is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by our products.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Naira (#) or US Dollars ($)and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after an order is placed.
4. Orders and Payment

Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Payment: By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party gateways.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or extreme weather.
Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products and health/hygiene regulations, we adhere to the following return policy:

Unopened/Sealed Products: You may return unopened, fully sealed products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
Opened/Used Products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged (by the customer) products for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including logos, text, graphics, images, and the "Heavenly Aura Fragrance" name, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavenly Aura Fragrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delta State , without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Asaba, Nigeria 

11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or supply chain disruptions.
